1. Booking and Payment
- 1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
- 1.2 Full payment is due on (or) before the session date.
- 1.3 Payment methods accepted: NEFT , IMPS, Gpay, PhonePe, Cash
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- 2.1 Clients may reschedule their session up to 7 days before the scheduled date without additional fees.
- 2.2 Rescheduling within 7 days of the session date may incur additional charges.
- 2.3 In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Session Policies
- 3.1 Sessions will start and end at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time without a refund.
- 3.2 Clients are responsible for arriving, prepared and bringing any agreed-upon outfits, props, or additional items.
4. Image Delivery
- 4.1 Edited images will be delivered within 30 days of the session.
4.2 Digital images will be provided in JPEG / MP4 format via [online gallery or Google drive,USB, etc.].
4.3 Any additional edits requested after delivery may incur an extra fee. - 4.4 Raw images will not be provided
- 4.5 Total number of Retouch images and color corrected images will be provided as per the package the client opts.
- 4.6 Album will be printed only within the mentioned images in the package. Additional images or album may incur an extra fee.
- 4.7 Album printing will be initiated only after client’s approval in writing ( via. Mail or whatsapp )
- 4.8 Album will be delivered within 3 weeks of time after approval.
5. Image Rights and Usage
- 5.1 The Tiny Strokes Studio retains the copyright for all images, videos and may use them for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 5.2 Commercial use of images requires additional licensing and fees.
6. Liability
- 6.1 The photographer and The Tiny Strokes Studio are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, accidents, or venue restrictions) that impact the session.
- 6.2 The photographer/ The Tiny Strokes Studio liability is limited to the refund of payments made if services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Force Majeure
- 7.1 If events beyond the photographer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, illness) prevent the session from occurring, a reschedule will be arranged without additional fees.
8. Model Release
- 8.1 By booking a session, clients agree to allow the photographer to use their images for promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted.
9. Client Responsibilities
- 9.1 The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions (e.g., venue access) for the session in some cases.
9.2 The client must ensure the safety of all participants during the session. - 9.3 Client holds responsibility once the images, video footages, and albums are delivered.
- 9.3 Back up of footages and images will be held with us for 4 months period from the date of event and shall be deleted by The Tiny Strokes Studio after the mentioned backup time, if required.
- 9.4 The Tiny Strokes Studio will not be held responsible for the images and footages after the mentioned backup time.
10. Additional Services
- 10.1 Any additional services (e.g., extended hours, prints, albums) must be requested and paid for in advance.
